With a career spanning federal health agencies, national nonprofits, and grassroots community initiatives, LeShaundra brings a unique ability to translate complex public health priorities into messages that move people to action.

As a former Communications Director at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), she led national media and partnership strategies across high-profile campaigns and topics, including injury and overdose prevention, environmental health, and emergency response. Her leadership strengthened the visibility and effectiveness of programs aimed at addressing substance use, mental health, vaccine confidence, and maternal health.

LeShaundra is also a published author, speaker, and trusted facilitator, known for creating space for honest dialogue and breakthrough thinking. Her coaching practice supports public health professionals and creative leaders navigating transitions or seeking alignment with their purpose.
